ag9999 — Learn About Us
A safe, reliable and enjoyable online gaming experience built for players in Bangladesh — that is what ag9999 is all about.
Our Story
ag9999 was built with a simple but important goal — to give every player in Bangladesh a safe, fair and enjoyable online gaming environment. We believe that a quality gaming experience should be within everyone's reach — where deposits and withdrawals are easy, support is available in Bengali, and every player feels valued.
Our platform was built with the people of Bangladesh in mind. Deposits start from as low as ৳200 through local mobile banking methods like bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, and withdrawals are completed in just 5 to 30 minutes. We want our players to never face unnecessary complications.
ag9999's mission is to build a platform where everything from cricket betting to slots, live casino and color games can be found in one place. With Bangladesh's cricket-loving fans in mind, we have built a dedicated cricket betting section where you can bet on popular tournaments like BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL.
We are guided by our values. Honesty, transparency and responsibility matter most to us. Every transaction is secured with encryption, and to ensure fair play we work with world-class game providers — trusted names like Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Evolution Gaming are our partners.
At ag9999 we believe it is our responsibility to give every player the right support. That is why our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat in Bengali. Any issue you face will be resolved promptly.
Responsible gaming is not just a rule for us — it is a core part of who we are. We want every one of our players to enjoy games with fun and moderation. That is why we make responsible gaming information and tools easy to access.
